Hard fitness results now! Is there really a fitness supplement that can boost exercise intensity? The inside story on training intensity

It's true I've been fortunate in making quick transformations. If I had to pinpoint the most important aspects of my game, it would have to be consistent effort combined with all out Hard Core Intensity.
